Add to this the fact that I tried to order my disposal with installation from one of the big box stores. Had to pay in advance and make two trips to the store it then took them from Thursday till Monday to call with an appointment time. They gave ME A CHOICE OF 1-3PM 4 DAYS LATER OR I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL “SOMETIME NEXT WEEK. I fired them and got my money back. Your man arrived with the exact same disposer as the one I had chosen at the big box store but you also took my credit card.
I have a new favorite plumber and would be happy to recommend your company and Tim to anyone. feel free to post this on any web site you would like”.
